Characterizing complex locally Minkowski spaces by holomorphic sectional curvature

In this paper, we prove that a complex Finsler manifold is a complex locally Minkowski space if and only if it is a strictly K\"{a}hler-Berwald manifold with zero holomorphic sectional curvature.
